WA Day celebrations at the WAFLWednesday, May 30, 2018 - 1:05 PM

Four massive WAFL clashes are set to take place over the WA Day long weekend with a range of fun activities and events planned for all fans at each game, as part of the WA Day celebrations.

WA Day is about celebrating everything WA; the spirit, culture and heritage of our great state. The rich history of football in the WA community stretches back to 1885 and today it is the most popular sporting code in the state with more than 330,100 active participants.

At the WAFL League matches on June 2 and 4 we’re giving away 100 free Grand Cinema child admit one tickets at the gates and around the grounds so make sure you get to a game early for your chance to score one.

Get involved in all the action at the Maccas fan zone! Have a spin on the spinning wheel or handball a footy into a giant packet of fries for your chance to win great prizes. There will also be heaps of giveaways and activities taking place under the big red McDonald’s marquee on the boundary.

Do you want to win a year’s supply of Carlton Draught?

Simply purchase a Carlton Draught or Carlton Mid from the bar at a game next weekend, sign up to compete in the ‘Carlton Draught Schooner Suit Race’ and if you can win the race with a beer in one hand, the years’ worth of beer is all yours! Make sure your phone is on loud so we can contact you if you’re selected to run in the race.
