There will be no League cases heard at the WAFL Tribunal from Round 8 after all Match Review Panel offers were accepted.

Nicholas Kommer, East Fremantle, accepted a $50 financial sanction for rough conduct on Ben Howlett, Peel Thunder, during the first quarter of the League match between East Fremantle and Peel Thunder on Saturday 26th May at East Fremantle Oval.

Based on the available video evidence and a victim impact report from the Peel Thunder Football Club, the incident was assessed as careless conduct, low impact to the body. Under the table of penalties the offence was classified as a $100 financial sanction. An early guilty plea enabled the player to reduce the penalty to a $50 financial sanction.  

Cody Leggett, Perth, accepted a one (1) match sanction for striking Hayden Kennedy, Subiaco, during the first quarter of the League match between Perth and Subiaco on Saturday 26th May at Lathlain Park.

Based on the available video evidence and a victim impact report from the Subiaco Football Club, the incident was assessed as intentional conduct, low impact and high contact. Under the table of penalties the offence was classified as a two (2) match sanction. An early guilty plea enabled the player to reduce the penalty to a one (1) match sanction.

Marlion Pickett (South Fremantle), Dylan Main (South Fremantle), and Kane Mitchell (Claremont), all had their reports dismissed by the Match Review Panel.
