Fixtures have been amended and clubs can take the following measures under the WAFL’s Heat Policy for this weekend’s pre-season games due to the high temperatures forecast:
- Reduce quarter lengths and increase break times
- Use fans and ice jackets where possible
- Add extra interchange players
As these are pre-season games, changes can be made during games provided that the umpires and both teams are in agreement.
