In Round 22 of the 2016 WAFL Premiership Season saw Subiaco defeat Peel Thunder 13.15 (93) to 12.4 (76) after the Lions managed to keep Peel goalless in the final term at Bendigo Bank Stadium.
South Fremantle secured a four-point win over East Perth at Mediabnk Stadium – 13.8 (86) to 12.10 (82).
The Tigers rose to the occasion at ATOM Stadium and thumped the Sharks 22.11 (143) to 6.8 (44), while Perth proved too good for the Swans, romping to a 15.10 (100) to 7.8 (50) victory.
