Round 21 of the 2016 WAFL Premiership Season saw an epic battle unfold between West Perth and Claremont at HBF Arena on Saturday, August 13.
The Falcons managed to scrape through with a one-point win over the Tigers – 17.6 (108) to 17.5 (107).
Subiaco has solidified top seat on the ladder after the side beat East Perth 9.14 (68) to 6.10 (46) at Medibank Stadium, while second-placed South Fremantle defeated Swan Districts 14.21 (105) to 11.4 (70) at Fremantle Community Bank Oval.
East Fremantle has knocked East Perth out of the top five on the ladder after the team beat the Demons 17.12 (114) to 9.11 (65) at Lathlain Park.
