WA Football is pleased to announce that the 2025 WAFLW Grand Final will return to Mineral Resources Park in Lathlain next month.
WA Football selected the venue based on the quality playing surface and the overall game-day experience for players and fans.
The match will also be played at a neutral venue for the participating teams, with areas for family-friendly activations, community promotion and a variety of options for spectators.
The WAFLW Grand Final will be held on Sunday, August 24 with Hart Sports Rogers Cup and League teams competing for their respective premierships.
Head of WAFL Competitions Luke Sanders said Mineral Resources Park was the clear choice to stage the event, the third time the venue has hosted the WAFLW decider.
“We’re proud to host the 38th WAFLW Premiership at Mineral Resources Park, the biggest day on the WA women’s football calendar, as we honour the tremendous legacy of the West Australian Women’s Football League and its lasting impact on the growth of women’s football in our state”, Sanders said.
“With two rounds to go and six teams still vying for finals positions, the 2025 WAFLW season continues to go from strength to strength, with growing interest from fans both watching and attending games.
We hope supporters continue to get behind their teams and come out to enjoy what promises to be an exciting finals series.
The WAFLW Grand Final will be shown live on 7+.
