The West Australian Football Commission will be delivering TOP Club sessions across the Perth Metro Area during the month of November and are inviting clubs to get involved in this great program.
TOP Club is a new dynamic Club Development tool that works within the Quality Club Framework to help clubs take the next step in their growth, development and management.
The TOP Club Tool assists clubs to;

By combining survey information from the club’s membership with your own views and information on best-practice, TOP Club will show where your club is now and strategies for making improvements in management and culture.
