Western Australia’s State 18s take on Victoria Metro at Patersons Stadium this Saturday, June 15, in their first Division One clash of the 2013 NAB AFL National 18s Championship.
The State 18s made a strong start to the Championships with convincing wins over Division 2 sides Tasmania and the Northern Territory in the last fortnight, the first by 62-points in Launceston two weeks ago and then by 82-point at Brownes Stadium last weekend.
This weekend’s game against Victoria Metro will be the first of the Championships against another Division One side and will set the scene for a challenging month ahead, with upcoming games against Victoria Country and South Australia.
