Students at Moorditj Noongar Community College will benefit from brand new bikes donated by the West Australian Football Commission and The Smith Family following a staff Team Building challenge at Patersons Stadium.

The challenge, run by Total Team Building, saw WAFC staff put into teams and undertake the challenge of constructing bikes in the quickest time and to the highest standard.

The bikes were donated to Moorditj Noongar Community College as an incentive to encourage kids who wouldn’t necessarily have access to a brand new bike to attend school.

WAFC Human Resources Manager Patrick de Haan said the challenge was a great team building exercise for staff and a fantastic way to contribute to Moorditj Noongar Community College at the same time.

“Our few hours of fun putting them together will result in hours of fun each week for the kids. Hopefully the staff participated took something away from the day. It was great team work and well done to Team Pink on their victory,” he said.
