WA’s selectors have named a 26-man squad to face South Australia in the Kia State Game against South Australia at Optus Stadium on Sunday.
Reigning Premiers East Fremantle have six representatives in the team, including Matthew Jupp who has been named captain of the side for the second year in a row.
The squad, to be coached again by Cam Shepherd, will train at Mineral Resources Park tomorrow night before being presented with their jumpers.
“We’re really excited with the group we’ve selected which includes several players who could make their debut at State level,” Shepherd said.
The Kia WA State team will conduct a Captain’s Run on Saturday morning to close out their preparations for Sunday’s game.
The Kia State match begins at 12.45pm and fans can watch via the AFL App.
