WAFL Ticket & Entry Conditions
By entering the venue, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- WAFL Venues are smoke/electronic cigarettes/vape free venues.
- WAFL Venues are licensed venues. Alcoholic beverages must not be taken into or out of the venues or designated licensed areas.
- Patrons attending as a carer on the day, will be required to show their Companion Card at the Gate. Carer entry is free.
- The Venue Operator and WA Football reserve the right to inspect any bag and/or articles of clothing.
- Personal food is permitted however boxes or hard eskies will not be permitted.
- Chairs and picnic rugs are permitted into the venue, however the Venue Operator and WA Football reserve the right to instruct patrons on where and how these are used inside the venue to avoid injury or obstruction of view.
- You agree as follows, not to bring into the venue:
- any Items that in the opinion of management could cause harm, injury or public nuisance or otherwise compromise the safety and security of other patrons. Any such item may be confiscated, if subsequently found on that person;
- any photographic, video or audio recording equipment for any purpose other than private non-commercial purposes, which includes, without limitation, video and/or audio recorders, camera tripods, monopods or lenses with a total focal length of greater than 200mm or any other commercial digital video equipment;
- any animal (other than a companion animal required for medical reasons as documented in a medical certificate provided by a trained medical specialist);
- any musical instruments, any noise makers or other similar device; including but not limited to whistles, hooters, horns, drums, and vuvuzelas;
- any alcohol, glass, cans, firearms, weapons, fireworks or any other items deemed to be, or which may be dangerous; and
- any flag/banner poles or extendable flag/banner poles exceeding 1.4m in length or whose dimensions are in contravention of the Venue’s specific conditions of entry.
- You agree not to:
- wear or otherwise display commercial, political, religious or offensive signage or logos of any kind;
- engage in ambush marketing of any kind;
- sell or distribute any goods or services or any other matter or thing;
- collect money or orders from other patrons for goods or services or any other matter or thing;
- inflate, or cause to inflate, any balloon, beach ball, receptacle, device or structure;
- open any umbrella if it has the effect of obstructing the view of any other patron or attendee;
- conduct public surveys or opinion polls, solicit money, donations or subscriptions from members of the public; and distribute commercial, political, religious or offensive advertising or other promotional material of any kind, without the prior written consent of the West Australian Football League.
- Unauthorised recording, broadcasting and narrowcasting of WAFL matches is strictly prohibited.
- The Venue Operator and WA Football reserve the right to refuse entry to any persons or evict any person from the venue for anti-social behaviour who use indecent or obscene language, or threatening or insulting words, or otherwise behave in a threatening, abusive, riotous, indecent or insulting manner.
- The Venue Operator and the WA Football reserve the right to remove patrons who do not have a valid pass for restricted areas (e.g. Reserved Seating, Function areas, VIP areas).
- As a general policy, subject to these Conditions, a ticket to the match, event or function at the Venue is non-refundable.
- You consent to:
- the recording of your likeness and/or voice by any means (including but not limited to audio and visual recordings by television cameras and photographers) (‘Images”); and
- the commercial exploitation, throughout the world, of your Images by any means by the West Australian Football League, WAFL affiliates and their respective commercial partners without compensation.
- Patrons entering the playing arena or restricted areas without prior authorisation will be liable for prosecution. Patrons will be able to access certain areas of the ground during breaks and between games.
- These conditions of entry can be modified any time at the discretion of WA Football.
