State Talent and Draft"
The Kia WAFL State Team and West End SANFL State Team play for the Haydn Bunton Jnr. Cup in the 95th game between the two States on May 12.
Western Australia will be aiming to extend its winning run in State Games to an historic seventh straight victory, while also increasing its head-to-head lead against South Australia, which currently stands at 48-46.
Since 1991, as a State League contest, SA hold a 7-6 advantage, with WA leading 4-2 for games played in Perth.
Last year, WA defeated SA in Adelaide for the first time since 1994, recording a 15.12 (102) to 11.10 (76) victory.
This year will be the first time a senior State Game has been played at Optus Stadium and the second time as a curtain-raiser to an AFL game.
WA is coached by Michael Broadbridge for a third year and the SA by former AFL player Josh Carr.
