In light of today’s article in The West Australian newspaper, the West Australian Football Commission can confirm that the Deed Of Company Arangement (DOCA) put forward and approved by a meeting of West Perth Football Club’s creditors on Tuesday, September 4 included a number of governance changes as a condition.
New additions to the club’s Board will be part of these changes.
The Board structure for West Perth Football Club is yet to be confirmed, with the WAFC working with a number of stakeholders to finalise the mix of people to be appointed to the post-administration Board.
It is expected that the process to finalise the West Perth Football Club board will be completed early in the coming week, and announced to Members at that point.
