Dates have been confirmed for the 2015 McDonald’s WAFL Finals series, with all games including the Grand Final to be played on Sundays.

The higher finishing teams will host their respective finals in the first three weeks and the Grand Final will be played at Domain Stadium on Sunday, September 27.

WAFL Manager Cameron Knapton said games had been scheduled to maximise attendance and television audiences wherever possible by avoiding direct clashes with AFL Finals.

“We want to give WA football fans the opportunity to watch the WAFL Finals, as well as the AFL Finals, especially those featuring Fremantle and West Coast,” he said.

“By playing WAFL Finals on Sundays we expect to maximise this opportunity and also create consistent breaks for the WAFL clubs between each weekend’s fixtures.”

RediMed Colts and Reserves Finals will be scheduled at the same venues as League fixtures, with clubs to receive priority based on the final ladder position of their League team.
