Local football fans will be offered an early glimpse of their teams when pre-season fixtures begin next month.
Ahead of the Sullivan Logistics WAFL season, the pre-season will be spread over four weekends.
Swan Districts and Subiaco will test their progress over summer in a match at Steel Blue Oval on Saturday, March 7 in Jarrad Schofield’s return as Lions coach before last year’s Grand Finalists East Perth host fellow 2025 finalists Claremont at Sullivan Logistics Stadium.
The remaining six clubs will step out for the first time the following weekend on Saturday, March 14.

Five games are scheduled on that day, including reigning premiers South Fremantle who host the West Coast Eagles.
Traditional rivals West Perth and East Perth will also unveil their new look line-ups in a pre-season Perth Derby.
That match could feature the return of star recruit Connor West in Falcons colours and Royals midfielder Cooper Stephens, who has completed his recovery from an ACL injury.
All 10 clubs will front up again on the weekend of March 21-22 before the pre-season concludes with a stand-alone game between the West Coast Eagles and Peel Thunder at Mineral Resources Park on Saturday, March 28.
The season proper of the Sullivan Logistics Season begins on Good Friday.
The WAFLW pre-season also begins on March 7 with three matches as reigning premiers Claremont head to Sullivan Logistics Stadium to face East Perth.
Swan Districts will play a stand-alone game against Subiaco on Sunday, March 8.
Week two will be spread over three days as West Perth hosts Swan Districts on Friday March 13, South Fremantle meets East Perth the following day, while two games will be played on Sunday.
The WAFLW pre-season wraps up on Sunday, March 22 when Perth plays Peel Thunder.
Round one of the WAFLW starts on Saturday, March 28, featuring a Grand Final re-match between the Tigers and Swans as well as the Fremantle Derby.
