Excitement and experience added to Carlton Draught WAFL squad

SOUTH Fremantle goal-sneak Cory Dell-Olio and Subiaco veteran Darren Rumble have been added to the Carlton Draught WAFL sqaud in preparation for this Saturday’s clash with the SANFL at Lathlain Park.

Dell-Olio, who kicked 16 goals in 16 games during three seasons of AFL at Essendon (2012-14), returned to his club of origin at the port this season where he has booted 14 goals in six games and averaged 12.8 disposals.

Rumble has played 219 WAFL games and 4 for WA over a decoarted career spanning more than 12 years, which has also included multiple premierships.

The WA squad will be finalised before a final training session and jumper presentation is held on Thursday, May 21.

The SANFL squad is being coached by AFL Hall of Famer Graham Cornes and features former AFL players Jason Porplyzia, Ian Callinan and Marlon Motlop.

The game will be live streamed from 2.15pm on the WAFL website on Saturday, May 23 and also broadcast on radio by Sport FM 91.3fm and Life FM 107.9fm in Adelaide.
