As the official eye care partner of the AFL, OPSM are again running their Sports Vision for Clubs Program in 2015. This is a great program to support Community Football clubs by providing cash, equipment and free eye screenings. Community clubs can apply for the program via the OPSM website.
Applications must be received by Friday 15th May.
From there, fifteen (15) clubs will be selected to receive:
