Coming off winning the last two WAFL premierships on the back of three straight flags in 2006, 2007 and 2008, Subiaco is into the 2016 WAFL Grand Final on Sunday September 25 at Domain Stadium after beating South Fremantle by 40 points in the Second Semi-Final at Medibank Stadium (14.12.96 to 9.2.56).

Peel Thunder take on South Fremantle in Sunday’s Preliminary Final at Fremantle Community Bank Oval after the side thrashed West Perth 5.15 (105) to 7.3 (45) in the First Semi-Final at HBF Arena.
