The West Australian Football Commission (WAFC) congratulates the 10 WA players invited by the AFL to attend the 2024 AFL Draft Combine.
A list of 65 of the country’s most talented draft-age footballers have been invited to the three-day event held in Melbourne from October 4-6.
Players will take part in club interviews, medical screenings and physical testing including the vertical jump, running vertical jump, 20-metre sprint, agility test and 2km time trial.
Selection to attend the 2024 Telstra AFL Draft Combine was based on nominations provided by AFL clubs.
WAFC State Talent Manager, Adam Jones congratulated the players.
“We are incredibly proud of our players who have made it to the AFL Draft Combine,” Jones said.
“This recognition not only highlights their individual talents and hard work but also underscores the strength and success of our Talent Pathway.
“These players have been selected because they are considered by the AFL clubs to be among the top prospects this year .
