The following incidents were assessed from weekend matches in the WAFL and WAFLW.
South Fremantle player Haiden Schloithe was reported for engaging in rough conduct against an opponent in the Round 8 WAFL match against the Peel Thunder at Lane Group Stadium on Saturday, May 25.
Base Sanction – 1 match
Early Guilty Plea – reprimand
Peel Thunder player Corey Tregenza was reported for engaging in rough conduct against an opponent in the Round 8 WAFL match against South Fremantle at Lane Group Stadium on Saturday, May 25.
After assessing all of the available evidence the Match Review Panel withdrew the report.
Claremont player Jack Maibaum was reported with striking an opponent in the Round 8 WAFL match against the West Coast Eagles at Mineral Resources Park on Saturday, May 25.

Early Guilty Plea – Reprimand
South Fremantle player Luisaidh Gilchrist was charged with engaging in rough conduct against an opponent in the Round 13 WAFLW match against West Perth at Fremantle Community Bank Oval on Saturday, May 25.
