Dual All-Australian defender Luke Ryan headlines a massive list on inclusions for week two of the WAFL pre-season this weekend.

Ryan is one of 11 Dockers-listed players named for the Thunder’s first official pre-season game against Perth at Mandurah’s Lane Group Stadium, kicking off at 12.40pm.

Draftees Adam Sweid, Toby Whan, Ryda Luke and Leon Kickett will also feature in the match alongside Peel recruits including Toby Cosser, Floyd Burmeister and the returning Taj Wyburd.

Perth will also blood some new faces including son of a gun and ex-Sydney Swan Indhi Kirk, former Collingwood defender Charlie Dean, ex-East Perth small forward Luke Hallett and Sandringham product Freddy Brayshaw.

West Coast WAFL have named nine AFL-listed players including draftee Tylah Williams and former Carlton goalsneak Matt Owies for their clash against reigning champs South Fremantle at Fremantle Community Bank Oval on Saturday from 2.15pm.

WAFL recruits including ex-West Perth premiership forward Sasha Kernutt and new captain Callum Jamieson have also been picked against the Bulldogs, who have a new-look side from their thrilling Grand Final triumph over East Perth at Optus Stadium.

Plenty of 2025 reserves regulars will line up for Souths, as well as former Claremont young gun Aiden Harvey.
