DIVISION ONE

Jason Carter (South West)
The former Fremantle Docker was a late addition to South West side Eaton, joining after starting the season at South Fremantle.
Carter has line-breaking pace, elite foot skills and can play as a rebounding defender or midfielder.

Tom Lee (Avon)
The former St Kilda and Claremont forward is showing no signs of slowing down.
Lee is playing for Quairading these days and is still capable kicking a big bag.

Jacob Dragovich (Peel)
The South Fremantle premiership gun has been a star of the Peel competition since his arrival ahead of the 2024 season following a stellar WAFL career.
Dragovich is a strong midfielder with plenty of experience who racks up the footy for fun.

Dustin Walters (Goldfields)
The Boulder City recruit has become the premier goal-kicker in country WA, booting a jaw-dropping 62 majors in just 11 games in his first season in the GFL.
The Victorian is a more than handy addition to an already strong Goldfields outfit for his Country Champs debut.

Jaylen Parsons (Great Northern)

Parsons is a goal-kicking machine who’s equal-leading the goals in the Great Northern competition this season for Towns.

Parsons featured for the GNFL at last year’s Country Champs including the Division Two grand final victory over Central Midlands Coastal.

DIVISION TWO

Brett Peake (Great Southern)

The Albany Sharks veteran has been selected in the GSFL squad at 42 years old, a remarkable achievement in itself.

The former St Kilda and Fremantle forward led the Sharks to their maiden GSFL premiership a few years back and has been a star of the competition since calling time in his WAFL career.

Rhys Waters (Central Midlands Coastal)
The Subiaco premiership star helped Jurien Bay rise off the bottom of the CMCFL ladder a few years ago.
Waters was a goal-kicking machine at WAFL level but has shown he can match it with the best mids in the competition.

Blayne Wilson (Eastern Districts)
The former West Coast and South Fremantle defender has been playing for Narembeen the past two seasons.
Wilson featured in South Fremantle’s most recent premiership and was also a part of the EDFL’s last Country Champs team.

Kayle Kirby (Upper Great Southern)
The former Collingwood forward has been a new addition to the WA country footy scene, heading west to join Wickepin this season.
He’s shown why he was on an AFL list for several years, fast becoming one of the biggest stars of the UGSFL.

Justin Joyce (Ongerup)

A boom recruit for the Ongerup competition this season, the dual Subiaco premiership player will be a key name for the Division Two outfit.

Joyce crossed from the Upper Great Southern to the OFA during the off-season, where he’s been playing for Lake Grace-Pingrup.

Tim Renton (North Pilbara)
Renton is a heart-and-soul player for Wickham in the NPFL and has won a stack of premierships and best-and-fairest awards along the way including the De Grey Medal which is the competition’s highest individual honour.

DIVISION THREE

Brandon Matera (Central Wheatbelt)
Matera was a dangerous goalsneak for Fremantle and Gold Coast during his AFL days, before winning premierships with Subiaco in the WAFL.
These days he’s having a kick with his brothers Bailey and Kaiden for Bencubbin, where’s he’s still regularly among his team’s best players.

Len Papertalk (North Midlands)

The former East Fremantle colts player is a crafty forward who’s also capable of having an impact in the midfield.

Kalani Brooks (Lower South West)

The 22-year-old former State 16s squad member spent six seasons at East Perth before one at West Coast’s WAFL side, where he broke through for a senior debut.

Brooks is a midfield bull who finds plenty of the footy and is also strong defensively.

Peter Coles (Mortlock)

Coles is a talented forward who was part of Claremont’s development programs, highlighted by a three-goal performance in the 2021 WAFL colts grand final.

He’s now playing for Gingin where he’s booted 28 goals in just eight appearances this season.

Riley Mayfield (Esperance District)

The former Subiaco colts and reserves player won the Ken Baxter Medal as the CBH Group Colts Championships fairest-and-best player in 2024 playing for Regional Districts.

That followed on from him being awarded the Harry Reeves Medal as the Great Southern Colts Carnival’s best player.
