Mater Dei College have taken out the Senior Schoolboys Cup Jackovich Division Grand Final in what was a hard-fought, wet-weather affair against Comet Bay College on Wednesday, July 25, at McGillivray Reserve.

Mater Dei College claimed a 3.3 (21) – 1.4 (10) victory over Comet Bay in the Grand Final which culimnates a season of school football for Year 11 and 12 boys and the Jackovich Division.

The best players of the competition were Abraham Clinch from Mater Dei College (pictured) and Comet Bay’s Tyler Nesbitt. Both players were awarded a match ball as recognition of their outstanding season.

The competition represents a significant partnership between the WA Football Commission and School Sport WA.
