In Round 16 Colts Peel Thunder outplayed West Perth 11.17 (83) to 8.12 (60) at Bendigo Bank Stadium on Satuday, July 9.

South Fremantle Colts defeated Claremont in a closely fought battle, running out 9.9 (63) to 8.10 (58) winners at Fremantle Community Bank Oval.

Swan Districts beat East Perth 10.6 (66) to 6.4 (40), while Perth was victorious in its home match against Subiaco with a 16.12 (108) to 9.9 (63) win.
