West Perth advance to its second WAFL Grand Final in three years after posting a gutsy 29 point win over East Perth in the Preliminary Final at HBF Arena on Saturday September 20.
Swan Districts reserves gear up against South Fremantle in the grand final after beating Subiaco 15.8 (98) to 5.7 (37) and Swan Districts clash with Claremont in the colts grand final after it defeated Peel Thunder by 23 points at HBF Arena.
