The following reports were assessed by the WAFL Match Review Panel following Round 12 League matches.

Jye Bolton, Claremont, was reported for rough conduct on Francis Watson, East Perth, during the third quarter of the League match between East Perth and Claremont on Saturday 23rd June at Leederville Oval.
In summary, the above mentioned can accept a $50 financial sanction with an early guilty plea. Based on the available video evidence and a victim impact report from the East Perth Football Club, the incident was assessed as careless conduct, low impact to the body. Under the table of penalties the offence was classified as a $100 financial sanction. An early guilty plea enables the player to reduce the penalty to a $50 financial sanction.

Michael Sinclair, Perth, was reported for striking Corey Chalmers, West Perth, during the third quarter of the League match between West Perth and Perth on Saturday 23rd June at Joondalup Arena.
In summary, the above mentioned can accept a reprimand with an early guilty plea.
Based on the available video evidence and a victim impact report from the West Perth Football Club, the incident was assessed as careless conduct, low impact and high contact. Under the table of penalties the offence was classified as a one (1) match sanction. An early guilty plea enables the player to reduce the penalty to a reprimand.
