WAFL"
After finishing on top of the ladder, West Perth earned a week’s break before hosting their Semi-Final this Saturday, September 17, against East Fremantle.
Thanks to a dominant final quarter, East Fremantle took home the win in the Qualifying Final against Claremont.
Hope is not lost for Claremont as they get a second chance to keep their Premiership hope alive against Peel Thunder on Sunday, September 18.
It was an unfortunate end to South Fremantle’s season in a highly competitive Elimination Final that was neck and neck to the final siren.
Four teams remain but only one Premiership team will be crowned on October 1 at Leederville Oval.
