Claremont FC players will don a special ANZAC jumper in their Round 5 battle with South Fremantle this Saturday in Albany, part of the Tigers’ WAFL country zone.

The jumper designs were created by Year 6 primary school students who were named winners of the Design-a-Jumper competition run by the West Australian Football Commission in the region.

The front of the Tigers’ jumper was designed by Maggie Staude from Flinders Park Primary School. It depicts a digger standing over a grave in front of a rising sun. The back jumper design was created by Ebony King from Yakamia Primary School.

Congratulations to Maggie and Ebony who will both receive a jumper for their amazing efforts.

The jumpers will be auctioned off after the League clash at Centennial Stadium Albany to raise funds for the Proudies Foundation.
