The cancellation extends to the CBH Group Colts Championships and the Women’s Country Football Championships which were all due to be held in July. Whilst all football is currently postponed until May 31, the WACFL believes it is in the best interest of leagues and clubs to cancel the 2020 Championships to help leagues reduce costs as well as provide adequate flexibility of fixturing in preparation for the season to recommence post May 31.
